Senior Researcher, Social and Political Research, incl. Monitoring and Evaluation
Info Sapiens is one of the biggest local research agencies in Ukraine, with a well-established market position in public opinion, social and political research. We are looking for a motivated SeniorResearcher who can provide valuable input into the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Leading large-scale and/or complicated research projects;
- • Manage social and political studies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of research findings (both on your own and with the support of more senior colleagues);
- • Design research studies, including preparation of research tools(questionnaires);
- • Take part in the preparation of research proposals, look for ways to solve a Client’s issues creatively;
- • Act as the liaison between the Client and Operations teams (Data Collection and Data Processing), either internal (own Operations team) or external (third-party suppliers);
- • Prepare actionable and visually pleasant research reports, being ready to present findings to Clients;
- • Develop Client relationships - work closely with Clients to understand their research objectives and provide customized solutions;
- • Collaboration with and providing support for, as well as managing the work of junior colleagues within your projects.
Job Requirements:
- • University degree in Sociology, Marketing, or other related fields;
- • At least three years of experience in the field of research(work experience in a research agency is expected);
- • Previous job in at least one of the following fields: public opinion research, social research, political research, monitoring and evaluation;
- • Knowledge of quantitative research methods: CAPI, CATI, CAWI, - knowledge of qualitative research methods is a plus;
- • Analytical skills;
- • Project management skills;
- • Knowledge of English (written, spoken) – B2 or more;
- • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), - knowledge of SPSS (or other data analysis tools)is a plus;
- • A proficient/native level of Ukrainian is expected;
- • Living in Kyiv is a plus, but remote job options are negotiable;
- • Preferably full-time employment, but part-time options are negotiable.

(Middle) Researcher, Social and Political Research, incl. Monitoring and Evaluation

Junior Researcher, Social and Political Research, incl. Monitoring and Evaluation

Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist Researchers and Senior Researchers in research project management (finalize and test the questionnaires, help to control timelines and data quality);
- • Participate in data analysis and report preparation (code open-ended questions, chart the reports, and help to write research findings).
Job Requirements:
- • Graduates or students in Sociology, Marketing, or other related fields;
- • Analytical skills;
- • Knowledge of English (written, spoken);
- • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), - knowledge of SPSS(or other data analysis tools) is a plus;
- • A proficient/native level of Ukrainian is expected;
