Professional Experiences

Vadym has 15 years experience in research.
  Since September 2018 – CEO, Info Sapiens.
  In 2003-2018 – worked in the Fieldwork Department, GfK Ukraine, in 2013-2018 – Deputy Chief Operating Officer, GfK Ukraine. He conducted more than 1000 field projects over the years of work in GfK Ukraine.

Vadym specializes in challenging projects; in particular, he has organized surveys of such hard-to-reach groups as Roma, PLWH, homeless, prisoners and many others. During his work at GfK, he was responsible for organizing all types of qualitative and quantitative researches. Since 2008, he started to build an online GfK Ukraine panel and was responsible for developing online surveys.

Educational background

Received his degree in electronics (with honours), National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute».

Inna Volosevych

Inna has 20 years of experience in the field of research.
  Since January 2019 – Deputy Director of Info Sapiens.
  October-December 2018 – Head of the Social and Political Research Department at Ipsos Ukraine.
  From 2007 to 2018, she worked at GfK Ukraine, and from 2015 to 2018, she was Head of the Social and Political Research Department at GfK Ukraine.
  From 2006 to 2007, she worked as a researcher in the telemetry research department at the Inter TV channel.
  From 2004 to 2006, she was a senior consultant at the Centre for Institutional Development of Public Service, where she was responsible for conducting surveys of civil servants.

Inna is a member of ESOMAR, the International Sociological Association (ISA), the Association for the Study of Nationalities (ASN) and the World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR).

Inna has managed or been involved in over 2,000 research projects. Her clients include representatives of many international and public organisations (UN agencies, USAID projects, GIZ, the British Council, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, CEDOS, CES, etc.), political forces, business structures, state bodies (the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention, and others) and the media.

Inna specialises in socio-political research, as each year brings her new discoveries about public opinion, new research methods and new ‘worlds’ of individual population groups. At the same time, she has significant experience in conducting marketing research, in particular for Dragon Capital, METRO Cash & Carry, OLX, and OMD Media Direction Ukraine.

Inna tries to predict the results of various surveys for herself, and she often succeeds, but not always, so even after 20 years of work, the number of discoveries, and therefore her curiosity and passion for research, have not diminished. She considers her work to be similar to that of a detective searching for answers to questions posed by the client.

Educational background

Received Master’s Degree in Sociology (with honours), the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Oleh Kulishov

Oleh has 23 years experience in research
  Since September 2018 – has been a Project and Program Manager, Info Sapiens.
  In 1996-2018 – Head of Data Processing Department, GfK Ukraine.

He conducted more than 1000 projects over the years of work in GfK. Oleh has developed software for conducting computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) and Computer Assisted Personal interview (СAPI).

Received Master’s Degree in Automation of Research Methods, National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute».
