In 2003-2018 – worked in the Fieldwork Department, GfK Ukraine, in 2013-2018 – Deputy Chief Operating Officer, GfK Ukraine. He conducted more than 1000 field projects over the years of work in GfK Ukraine.
Vadym specializes in challenging projects; in particular, he has organized surveys of such hard-to-reach groups as Roma, PLWH, homeless, prisoners and many others. During his work at GfK, he was responsible for organizing all types of qualitative and quantitative researches. Since 2008, he started to build an online GfK Ukraine panel and was responsible for developing online surveys.

Inna is member of ESOMAR, International Sociological Association and Association for the Study of Nationalities.
Inna led or was involved in over 600 researches while working at GfK Ukraine. Among her clients are the representatives of many international and non-governmental organizations (UN agencies, USAID projects, NDI, GIZ, Ebert Foundation, CEDOS, CES, Corestone Group, Kalmius Group, etc.), political forces, business structures, State bodies (Department of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, NACP and etc.) and mass media.
Inna specializes in social and political research because each year she discovers new aspects and trends of public opinion, new research methods and new "worlds" of specific population groups (for example, she discovered the world of people with mental illnesses in 2018). At the same time, she has a significant experience in conducting marketing research, specifically, for METRO Cash & Carry, OLX, OMD Media Direction Ukraine.
Inna tries to predict the results of various surveys and she quite often succeeds, but not always, therefore, even after 15 years of work, the number of discoveries, and thus, the curiosity, and the passion for research, do not decrease. She considers her work similar to the work of a detective who is looking for answers to the questions posed by a Client.

Oleh has 23 years experience in research
Since September 2018 – has been a Project and Program Manager, Info Sapiens.
In 1996-2018 – Head of Data Processing Department, GfK Ukraine.
He conducted more than 1000 projects over the years of work in GfK. Oleh has developed software for conducting computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) and Computer Assisted Personal interview (СAPI).
